Li is a certified personal trainer and licensed massage therapist based in Irvine, California. I hold a Bachelor’s degree in Kinesiology with a minor in Athletic Training Science from San Francisco State University, and I’ve accumulated over five years of experience in weightlifting, powerlifting, weight loss, and performance coaching.

I specialize in strength training, functional movement, fat loss programs, and athletic performance development. In addition, as an officially certified massage therapist by the California Massage Therapy Council (CAMTC), allowing me to provide professional massage therapy services—including sports massage, deep tissue work, Swedish, traditional Thai massage and myofascial release.
My vision is to integrate training and recovery into a single, personalized service model, combining personal training, therapeutic massage, and cold/heat recovery protocols to elevate both client experience and long-term results.
